The BMW iX3, unveiled by Laxmi Premium Motors, the authorized distributor of BMW vehicles in Nepal, introduces an impressive blend of luxury and eco-consciousness in the premium electric SUV segment. Priced at Rs. 2.29 Crore, the iX3 is based on the BMW X3, transforming it into a sporty and environmentally conscious Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV). With a powerful 210 kW 5.0 eDrive Motor and an 80 kWh High-Voltage Battery, the iX3 promises a dynamic driving experience with a range of 460 km on a single charge.

The exterior design of the iX3 showcases muscular sculpting, featuring the electrified BMW Kidney Grille and Adaptive LED Headlights. Blue accents throughout the design emphasize its electric nature, distinguishing it from its internal combustion engine counterpart. The rear profile boasts sculpted LED lights, underscoring the athletic character of the vehicle.

Inside, the iX3 offers a premium and high-tech cabin with EV Blue accents, Vernasca Leather, and Ambient Lighting. The driver-centric Infotainment System includes a 12.3-inch Digital Instrument Cluster and a 12.3-inch Center Touchscreen featuring BMW’s new-generation SYNC 4A. The cabin is enhanced by a 16-Speaker Harman Kardon Surround Sound system with audio composed by Hans Zimmer.

Performance-wise, the iX3 is equipped with a 210 kW 5.0 eDrive Motor, generating 286 PS of power and 400 Nm of torque. The 80 kWh High-Voltage Battery provides a range of 460 km, and with a 150 kW DC Fast Charger, it can achieve 0-80% charge in just 34 minutes. The Rear-Wheel Drive configuration contributes to a top speed of 180 km/h and an impressive 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 6.8 seconds.

Safety features include ABS, ESC, HAC, and MCB, while the suspension setup comprises Double Wishbone and Multi-Link types with Adaptive Dampers. The iX3 offers spacious seating for five, with a storage capacity of 510 liters (expandable to 1560 liters) and a ground clearance of 190 mm.
