TVS NTorq XP

The TVS NTorq XP, recently launched by Jagadamb Motors, the authorized distributor of TVS scooters in Nepal, is an eagerly awaited variant in the NTorq lineup. Positioned above the existing TVS NTorq 125 FI, this new variant boasts segment-leading power and introduces some interesting features and design elements. Priced at Rs. 3.20 Lakhs in Nepal, the NTorq XP brings sportier graphical changes while maintaining the overall styling of its predecessor.

Design

Staying true to the stylistic guidelines of its predecessors, the TVS NTorq XP features a T-shaped LED DRL with quad-LED headlights, inspired by stealth aircraft styling. The design incorporates elements such as a checkered flag pattern, faux carbon fiber finish, and sporty graphics. The XP variant receives a glossy finish, red-colored alloy wheels, and a three-tone color scheme of Red, Black, and Silver. The side profile maintains its aesthetic appeal, while the graphical stickers receive a sportier makeover.

Performance

Powered by a 124.79cc, BS6-compliant, 3-valve, single-cylinder, air-cooled FI engine, the NTorq XP generates 10.2PS of power at 7000rpm and 10.8Nm of torque at 5500rpm. The XP variant, denoting Extra Power, offers 1.3PS more power and 0.3Nm more torque than its predecessor, promising a lively and responsive ride. Notably, the XP comes equipped with additional features like Voice Assist and Riding Modes.

Features

The TVS NTorq XP boasts a range of features, including Racing Inspired 3-tone colors, Ride Modes, Voice Assist, Telescopic Suspension, and Coil Spring. It also features a Disc/Drum braking configuration with Sync Braking Technology. The scooter has a 20-liter under-seat storage capacity, USB charging, and a boot light as standard. The instrument cluster is inspired by a gaming console, and the overall design reflects a stealth aircraft-inspired theme.
